Streamlined Database Maintenance
List Maintenance
- Mail Manager 2010 lets you add, delete or modify records, define indexes and selectivity, and perform a wide range of global list update functions.

- Useful features such as Hide and Unhide, Delete, Modify Selected Records, Filtering, List Back Up, Create Sublists, and Deleting Lists add to your list-management abilities. The Auto ZIP+4 button encodes records automatically as you add them to your list, and lets you encode a single record or a group of records.

Choose from over 100 fields commonly found in mailing lists. Standard fields include Name, Company, Delivery Addresses, City, State, ZIP+4, POSTNET Barcode and Optional Endorsement Line.

Unique Features
Multi-Threaded Background Processing
Begin as many tasks as you wish, and Mail Manager 2010 will keep them running — giving the progress, speed and completion times of each task.
Example: ZIP+4 encode one list while performing a presort on another, importing yet another, and preparing other lists for MOVE Update processing — all at once.
Encode Three Address Lines in One Pass
Simultaneously encode three address blocks, each containing up to three address lines. ZIP+4 encode nine lines of address per record.
Example: Maintain different addresses for Shipping, Invoicing and the Corporate Headquarters of a given company — all in the same record.
Seamless Non-Windows Printer Support
Mail Manager 2010’s customized printing engine lets you use non-Windows and Windows printers alike, for maximum flexibility and minimal hardware add-ons.
Expression Builder
Tailor your software’s productivity to meet your needs, by creating powerful nested expressions for selectivity or calculated expressions. Mail Manager 2010 includes more than 70 pre-defined functions, with information on usage, syntax and examples.
Example: InTable compares a field in your list against values in a text file to select certain records. Pre-defined functions include several custom expressions unique to the mailing environment.
Web Update Feature
Updates to Mail Manager 2010 may be automatically downloaded and installed from the Internet. Set your own preferences for automatic notification and one-click download of the latest version.

Example: When printing 200,000 labels, divert 50,000 to each of four printers and reduce your total printing time by 75 percent!
