Mail Manifesting
Allows you to document mailings containing pieces of different weights and thicknesses, to comply with the USPS® manifest mailing system and receive all eligible postal discounts.

Delivery Point Validation (DPV) Option

Firm Packaging Option
Combines all pieces mailed to the same mailing address.  The postage charge will be for one piece only, regardless of how many pieces are in the firm package.  for Periodical, non-automated, Carrier Route pieces.

This option employs an industry standard file structure to allow the user to save the full content and detail of a mailing electronically instead of preparing and presenting all paper work by hand and to transmit the full details of the mailing electronically or on disk.

Move Manager Option
BCC Software is a certified FASTforward interface developer.  MOVE Manager is our interface that is available to users of MailManager 2010.  It provides the necessary interface to the United States Postal Service FASTforward system.  It allows for direct, real-time FASTforward processing of mailing lists. 
FASTforward is a method of updating mailing lists with current addresses.  The FASTforward database has over 21 million records derived from permanent Change of Address forms that have been completed in the last eight months.

Network Option
MailManager 2010's Network Option provides an easy way to share mailing lists between multiple users on a computer network.  Multiple workstations can be configured so that each can access a single installation of the MailManager 2010 program files.

Package Services Options
The Package Services Options for MailManager 2010 supports Bound Printed Matter/Parcel Post and Media Mail/Library Mail.  Package Services rates are based on weight, zone and presort level.  Sorts are based on pieces of identical weight and size.  The entire national zone chart database is included for automatic calculation of zones for any entry point in the nation.  Sorted pieces can be placed in sacks or on pallets.  All containers are sorted accordingly and separated by zone.  Both piece weight and dimensions are used to calculate the container sizes.

Allows users to easily distinguish between business and residential addresses within a list - ensuring maximum postal discounts.

5-Digit:  BCC announced USPS certification for the co-palletization of flats and 5-digit scheme packages.
